As any enthusiastic golfer will know St Andrews boasts the claim to being the home of golf and is home to the oldest golf course in the world. Mary Queen of Scots is commonly accepted to be the first female to play golf and a plaque with her face appears at the golfing museum along with a host of other golfing legends. Directly across the road from this is the first tee for “The Auld Course”.

Palaces: Scotland is renowned for it’s beautiful old castles and palaces. Falkland Palace sits in the quiet little village of Falkland and dates back to the mid 16th Century. The village was recently used as a filming location for the smash hit TV series Outlander.

You will be able to visit the fantastic St Andrews Cathedral and explore the 3rd oldest university in the English speaking world. From here we will have the option to visit the near by Kingsbarns whisky distillery before going on to visit Falkland and it’s ancient palace. This is a truly Scottish Tour
